All Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and typically take 4-7 business days to arrive.

USPS DELAYS:

Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. Verbena Vy Shop is NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! If you call your LOCAL USPS directly they are great about assisting you in locating your package.​​Verbena Vy Shop is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged, contact me ASAP!

​​Verbena Vy Shop is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact me from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered

Package Sent Back?

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

Verbena Vy Shop is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the Consumer.

​If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Verbena Vy Shop. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
